The location was perfect for exploring Chicago, with attractions like Millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast options and the comfort of the spacious suite. However, the pull-out couch was disappointing and not suitable for a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

missingWrote a review on 10 Novspacious suitegreat breakfastfriendly staffsoundproofing issuesparking feesroom maintenance
I loved the spacious suite for my family. The layout had a nice living area, which made it easy for everyone to relax together. The breakfast each morning stood out. Made-to-order omelets saved my mornings. The location was top-notch. Easy access to major attractions made sightseeing a breeze. Staff were generally friendly, though I encountered some unhelpful interactions at the front desk. The room had outdated decor, which felt a bit worn down. There was a noticeable lack of soundproofing. Additionally, the parking fees surprised me, especially considering the lack of valet service. A quick walk from the parking garage to the elevator with luggage wasn't ideal. Even though the pool area was appealing, it felt crowded during our visit. I'd expect a hotel of this caliber to have better room maintenance, as I discovered a loose faucet and missing shower supplies in the bathroom. Plenty of room for improvement, but a solid overall stay due to the breakfasts and location.
